We take seriously the Biblical command to love people, and we don't just love with words.  We put our love into action in dozens of ways.  We house the homeless, feed the hungry, help young mothers, give gifts to children, take care of the sick, cry with the grieving, and build homes overseas.  We care for children, teens, and adults.  We sing, play basketball, work on our buildings, go to the hospitals, greet guests, and we teach a variety of classes.  We offer events, ministries, and a variety of helps to all kinds of people.

And all of our ministries are staffed extensively by volunteer workers in our church who use their gifts, their time, their talents, and their love for God and for people.

We encourage you to find a ministry or two--you can't do all of them--and get involved.  Each ministry in the next column has a contact person who would be glad to give you more information about how to get involved in that ministry.

Have an idea for a new ministry?  Contact Pastor Jack.  (We'll give you a warning, though.  His typical response is "That sounds like a great ministry!  Will you lead that for us?")
